Specializing in talent discovery, development, and direction, founder Brandon Wilson launched the agency in 2010, incorporating within its mission an unblinking eye towards career longevity, social purpose, and self-fulfillment.  

As a former model turned scout and manager himself, Brandon Wilson fanned the embers of his own trials, successes, and lessons learned to go on and blaze trails for new and aspiring talent. Among its ranks, Wilson has models at top agencies in every major and developing market, frequently representing the world’s finest and most iconic brands—from the high fashion houses of Gucci and Dior to commercial giants H&M and Nike.
